T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum is a liquid delivery supplement from Pure Nutrition. These guys seem to do quite a few of these liquid droplet supplements; we struggled to find an official website (there are a few “Pure Nutrition”s), but they have at least one other fat burner on the market which uses this liquid delivery method.
It is actually a little difficult to find out who makes T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum. The front of the label says Pure Nutrition, but on the back we see that the product is “Manufactured for” Sapphire & Co. Ltd., a UK-based company. For the purposes of this review, we’ll refer to Pure Nutrition as the manufacturer.
So what is T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum all about?
Why are so many fat burners using the liquid droplet delivery method?
According to the Amazon merchant page, T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum is described as the “ultimate extreme cutting edge fat burner that enhances energy and metabolism”.
It is said to be able to do some pretty amazing things: “It reaches fat deposits in the body within a few seconds and starts to work right away! Body fat will be dramatically reduced, your metabolism will speed up and you will burn calories like never before. You will notice results instantly!”
We’re very wary of claims like this.
No fat burner works “instantly”, certainly not in a literal sense.
No fat burner “reaches fat deposits” in your body and starts literally burning them away.
These might be handy metaphors to use as a sales technique, but they are not accurate descriptions of what a natural fat burner can do.
But we can forgive over zealous salespeople, particularly as the Amazon merchant pages doesn’t seem to be run by the manufacturer (we can’t find an official online store).

Liquid Delivery – What’s The Deal?
There are quite a few products currently utilizing this liquid delivery method. They all come in bottle form with a small pipette attached to the lid.
Why are so many fat burners doing this?
We think the only reason is because it is a useful sales gimmick.
There is no practical benefit to administering fat burners in this way. It is not more efficient. It is not more effective. We don’t know if it does hit the blood stream any faster, but if it does, that does not necessarily mean it is preferable to capsule form. There is actually no reason why you would need the ingredients in most fat burners to hit the blood stream right away.
As such, we firmly believe that manufacturers are opting to make their products in this way to capitalize on the novelty factor.
People might see the droplet delivery method and think the product is a little more “hardcore” than capsules.
The unusual bottle is eye-catching; in a line-up of 50+ fat burners on the shelf, a bottle that is a little unusual can be a real advantage from a sales point of view.
In fact, it is our belief that liquid delivery methods have distinct disadvantages compared to normal capsules.
The main problem is that portion control is very hard with liquid droplets.
If you are squeezing a pipette under your tongue, it is so easy to squeeze a little too hard and end up double or even triple dosing.
With capsules, there is no chance of over or under-dosing. You have your set number of capsules and you take them; simple.
So be wary when you see this kind of supplement. Their claims about having a superior delivery method are naive at best.

This is not the clearest image, so here is a list of the ingredients in T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum:
Sorbitol, Deionised water, Sodium benzonate, Pantothenic acid, Potassium sorbate, Citric acid, L-Carnitine, Lemon flavour, Glycerin.
The only active ingredient in here is Carnitine.
That’s right; one active ingredient, and it’s Carnitine.
While the bottle states “Liquid Carnitine 500mg” right on the front, the ingredients list states that each drop delivers 40mg of Carnitine. As a single serving is 1 droplet, we don’t know why the bottle states 500mg on the front when each serving delivers 40mg of Carnitine.
We probably don’t need to tell you how impotent this product is.
40mg of carnitine per day, even long-term, is not going to make the slightest difference to your rate of fat loss.
Not a damn thing.
L-Carnitine is an amino acid. It is ubiquitous in most people’s diets. Unless you are a vegan, you are highly unlikely to have a carnitine deficiency.
Even if you are deficient in carnitine, 40mg is a waste of time.
Most carnitine supplements provide more than 500mg of carnitine per serving.
When carnitine is used for the purposes of enhancing physical performance, health or aesthetics, the minimum recommended daily dose is typically around 1,500mg.
Taking less than 1,000mg of Carnitine is pointless in our opinion unless it is being used as part of a well-planned, professional, high-quality fat burning stack.
That T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum is sold as a professional-level fat burning supplement is laughable to us.
It is a single-ingredient supplement with very little to offer.

If you are looking for a product to help you get more out of your next cut, then T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum is not for you.
T6 INSANE Fat Burner Serum is a single-ingredient supplement, and not a very potent one at that.
Each droplet contains 40mg of Carnitine. That is not going to do anything. 40mg of carnitine daily will not make a meaningful impact to your fat loss progress. It will not do anything.
The scale of the under-dosing here is extreme. We would say that this supplement was under-dosed if it contained 10 times as much Carnitine. Generally speaking, for a single-ingredient carnitine supplement, we think anything less than 1,000mg per serving is pointless.
This stuff should not be sold as a comprehensive, professional-quality fat burner.
