Full SlimFLOW Diet Pills Review
SlimFLOW are diet pills manufactured by a company called 3Flow Solutions Ltd. We’ve never heard of this company before, and we bet you haven’t either. They’re based in the UK. We visited the website listed on the bottle, but it says it is under maintenance. The company records say they’re based at Holborn Viaduct in London, and the company was founded in 2015. That’s all we can find really.
So what’s this fat burner supposed to do then?
Who is it supposed to help?
As you can see on the bottle, SlimFLOW is described as a “diet supplement”.
Not a fat burner, or a fat burning pre-workout.
A “diet supplement”.
We’re already highly skeptical.
The Amazon page is very poorly written. The English is terrible, and it is difficult to understand in places. That’s never a good sign.
But since we have no official, independent website for this product, so we have to use the Amazon page to get any details about what users can expect:
- Increased metabolism
- Reduced appetite
- Increased energy
These are all things that we would want from a high quality fat burner.
Having more energy to get through your workouts – despite being in a caloric deficit – is a major bonus of modern fat burners. But it depends on the quality and sustainability of that energy, not to mention side effects.
Having help controlling your appetite is a big benefit too. But we don’t want to be unable to eat, nor do we want any stimulants unnaturally suppressing our appetites to the detriment of our health.
So, does SlimFLOW deliver on its promises?
Is it safe? Will it cause side effects?
How does it stack up to the best fat burners on the market today?
Read our full review below to find out. If you have any questions, please just write them in the comments section at the end and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
SlimFLOW Formula – Does It Work?
Here is the SlimFLOW ingredient list as shown on the label:
That is not what we were hoping for.
Right away we see bogus ingredients and poor serving sizes.
We see a lot of B Vitamins and not many scientifically-proven fat burners.
We don’t see many of the ingredients that we know make up a superb, good value, highly reliable fat burner.
All in all, this is a poor supplement.
Main Problem – Useless Ingredients
Without a doubt, the main problem with this stack is the heavy use of bogus, over-hyped ingredients.
There is more than one ingredient in SlimFLOW that has no scientifically-proven ability to help with fat loss. There are lots of blog posts claiming otherwise, of course, but not a lot in the way of hard clinical data.
Take Garcinia Cambogia for example.
Many fitness bloggers talk about this stuff as though it is a magical cure for food cravings.
Supplement manufacturers claim that it is a powerful appetite suppressant that has been used for centuries in some cultures’ traditional medicines. They point you to some studies apparently showing it as having a profound effect on weight loss.
But we have never seen any convincing, clinical evidence that Garcinia Cambogia has a positive effect on fat loss, physical performance, or food cravings.
Not a single conclusive study.
In fact, several studies have conclusively found that Garcinia Cambogia DOES NOT promote fat loss by any mechanism.
Just look at this trial, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 1998. Here, researchers concluded that “Garcinia cambogia failed to produce significant weight loss and fat mass loss beyond that observed with placebo.”.
If it’s good enough for JAMA, it’s good enough for us. Garcinia Cambogia is ineffective for fat loss until proven otherwise!
But the over-hyped, under-performing ingredients don’t stop there.
We notice that SlimFLOW also contains Acai Fruit Extract.
Like Garcinia Cambogia, you will see this stuff in many popular fat burners and diet pills.
And like Garcinia Cambogia, it has absolutely no business being there – this stuff has never been shown to do a damn thing for fat loss, physical performance, or anything else for that matter.
In short, as far as the scientific literature is concerned, this stuff does NOTHING.
We hate paying for ingredients that don’t help us do the things listed on the bottle. We hate taking more substances than we absolutely need to.
We hate dead weight, and SlimFLOW has a hell of a lot of it!
SlimFLOW Side Effects – Caffeine Is Powerful!
On the whole, this fat burner doesn’t look particularly dangerous.
We would go as far as to say that, in our (not medically qualified) opinion, most people should be able to use SlimFLOW without experiencing any side effects whatsoever.
Our main problem with the product is actually that it won’t do ANYTHING, never mind being powerful enough to cause side effects.
However, the caffeine content is always going to be a concern.
80mg is about what you will get from a strong, freshly brewed cup of coffee.
Doesn’t sound like a lot, but it is enough to cause some of you problems.
For a small minority of you, that is enough to cause serious side effects.
If you already consume a lot of caffeine through coffee or tea, then adding in more caffeine through supplements is dangerous.
Side effects of consuming any amount of caffeine can include:
- Light headedness
Acute caffeine overdose can be fatal. While such an event is unlikely with 80mg of caffeine, you still need to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, properly evaluate your existing caffeine intake, and talk to a doctor.
We are not doctors, and this is not medical advice. This is merely what we judge to be the main side effect risks involved with this product. It is not exhaustive. To keep yourself safe, you need to talk to a doctor before you continue.

SlimFLOW Review Conclusion – Will It Work?
The short answer to this question is “no”.
We don’t think SlimFLOW is going to deliver the benefits promised on by the manufacturer – not even close!
The formula is full of bogus, over-hyped, unproven ingredients.
It is missing the ingredients that form the backbone of modern, high quality fat burners.
All in all, not a great purchase in our opinion. Much better supplements are available.
