Full Inciner8r Fat Burner Review
Product Overview – What is Inciner8r?
We couldn’t ignore the requests for a comprehensive Inciner8r fat burner review any longer.
Inciner8r is a relatively new fat burner on the market. But it has already become one of the most talked about supplements, largely due to its popularity on Amazon.
Made by Naturo Nitro, Inciner8r is sold as both a fat loss and mental focus enhancing supplement. Like many fat burners then, it seems to want to double-up as a pre-workout.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, so long as the product can manage to be both and doesn’t fail to be either, which is usually the case with supplements that try to ‘cover all their bases’.
According to Naturo Nitro, Inciner8r can deliver “maximum targeted weight loss“.
They also claim that it gives users “enhanced mental focus“, and greater “drive to lose weight“.
Can Inciner8r really provide all of these things? What does Naturo Nitro mean by “targeted weight loss”? Is there anything better out there?
There’s only one way to find out. Here’s our full Inciner8r fat Burner review.
Inciner8r Fat Burner Ingredients
Before we start analyzing the ingredients, here’s the formula label, as it appears on the bottle:
That’s certainly a lot of ingredients.
The Formula – Fat Loss
The first thing we need to mention is the 395mg of caffeine anhydrous.
Caffeine anhydrous is a great ingredient for a fat burner. In fact, we wouldn’t really bother with a supplement that left it out.
But 395mg is far more than people will be used to taking. That equates to almost 10 cups of coffee.
For anyone who is sensitive to caffeine, or who already drinks a fair bit of coffee or green tea throughout the day, 395mg might be just too much.
With caffeine, you definitely get diminishing returns, and eventually taking more results in worse and worse effects.
By reducing the amount of caffeine anhydrous slightly, say to around 300mg, the manufacturers could have still delivered all the benefits of without the added risk.
The adverse effects of taking so much caffeine will be reduced somewhat by the presence of theanine in the formula.
Theanine is a compound found in green tea which is thought to work synergistically with caffeine, amplifying its good effects and alleviating the bad.
However, we aren’t sure if 100mg is enough to truly take the edge off 395mg of caffeine anhydrous, which is a dehydrated, concentrated form of caffeine.
Aside from those two ingredients, the fat burning potential of the rest of the formula doesn’t seem to be particularly great.
Ingredients like Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Tyrosine definitely have their place in a fat burner, but their dosages are far too low in Inciner8r for them to work to their full potential.
Then there are ingredients like Theobromine (supplied here as cacao bean) and Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange to you and me). Ingredients like these are the talk of the industry at the moment, as many believe them to have some unique and highly potent fat burning properties.
But until more research is done and these ingredients have earned their credentials in the lab as well as in practice, we won’t let ourselves get too excited about them.
What’s more, it is doubtful whether 50mg and 10mg of Bitter Orange Extract and Cacao Bean Extract respectively will be enough for these two ingredients to shine through. This is especially true as each extract’s potency is listed as just 10%.
All-in-all, not an overly impressive product thus far.
The Formula – Focus Enhancement
This is where things get a little better.
Surprisingly for a supplement marketed as a fat burner, Inciner8r looks as though it would be much more effective as a focus enhancer, or “nootropic”, as enthusiasts call them.
That said, Inciner8r still definitely has its limitations in this area.
One thing we noticed was that it contains 200mg of choline bitartrate.
This is an analogue of choline, which is a precursor to some really important neurotransmitters. It is also necessary for the brain to make certain compounds that it needs to replenish its cells.
But this particular ingredient is really more useful for people who need to concentrate on something very complicated for several hours at a time. it is primarily used to improve short-term memory and processing speed. These aren’t things we really need to get through a grueling gym session!
Then we have 100mg of Bacopa monnieri.
Again, this stuff is very popular in “brain supplements”, but it doesn’t have a role to play in a professional fat burner.
For one thing, its main benefit is improving memory function over time.
For another, it is only really effective after 8-12 weeks of taking the stuff. That wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, but for the inclusion of another ingredient: Huperzine A.
Huperzine A, like choline bitartrate, is thought to help boost certain neurotransmitter levels. But you aren’t supposed to take this stuff for a prolonged period of tie, as it is known to cause headaches in some people, and irritability in others. Lots of people take it continuously of course, but the side effects are common enough for cycling to be ‘standard practice’.
The rest of the formula doesn’t seem to hold anything particularly promising.
There are various herbal extracts which some claim can help you burn fat, but these claims are largely unsubstantiated.
Again, some of them may turn out to be the real deal, but we can’t just assume that’s the case and recommend you to buy a supplement containing negligible amounts of them.
Naturo Nitro Inciner8r Side Effects
As mentioned above, there are a few things to be mindful of when taking Inciner8r fat burner as far as side effects are concerned.
We won’t list the respective ingredients individually, because we have alluded to the above, but we think some of the potential side effects of Inciner8r fat burner are:
- Caffeine “jitters”
- Intestinal discomfort
This is to name just the few that we think are relatively likely. The vast majority of people taking Naturo Nitro Inciner8r fat burner are unlikely to experience anything too bad.
As always though, talk to your doctor before taking any new supplements. This is particularly important with Naturo nitro because of the large amount of caffeine in the formula!
It’s also worth paying attention to the warning disclaimer on the bottle:
Inciner8r Fat Burner Review Conclusion
If you’ve read the entirety of our Inciner8r fat burner review, you’ll already know how unimpressed we are with this supplement.
The formula is split between fat burning ingredients and brain supporting ingredients.
However, neither part of this supplement really delivers: the fat burning effects will be quite sub par in our opinion, and the “focus enhancement” is not the type of focus enhancement we want from a fat burner.
To cap it off, some of the ingredients are relatively likely to cause side effects for some people.
There are definitely better fat burners out there right now. We advise you to shop around before buying Inciner8r.
