Full FitMiss Burn Review

FitMiss Burn is a natural fat loss supplement marketed specifically at women.

We’ve reviewed other FitMiss products in the past, such as FitMiss Tone.

The entire FitMiss brand, in case you couldn’t tell by the name, is built on the idea that their supplements are designed exclusively for women.

We have a big issue with this kind of thing. As explained in this article, there is nothing that makes a fat burner more suitable to either men or women.

The distinction is a marketing tool; nothing more.

FitMiss Burn Review

But we’re not here to rubbish the FitMiss marketing team (however offensive the ‘pink it and shrink it’ method is). We’re here to review FitMiss Burn.

According to the bottle, FitMiss Burn offers the following key benefits:

  • Promotes rapid weight loss
  • Suppresses appetite
  • Mood support
  • Boosts metabolism
  • Increases energy levels

Incredibly, the bottle claims that the “weight loss” delivered by FitMiss Burn is visible “in less than 2 weeks”.

Now, fat loss can occur quite quickly.

But users shouldn’t expect to get their ideal physique in less than 2 weeks.

Whether for a bodybuilding show or an MMA match, a cut should be stretched out over a long period of time – maybe 12 weeks.

We think claims like this are a little unhelpful; they help spread the myth that you can get “20 minute abs” and be “ripped in a month”.

FitMiss Burn is described as a “6 stage fat burner”. We aren’t sure what this means, but we’ll soon find out.

Can FitMiss Burn deliver on these promises?

How is it different to FitMiss Tone?

How does it compare to the best fat burners on the market today?

Is it the best choice for women?

Is FitMiss Burn safe?

We answer all of these questions in our FitMiss Burn review, which you can find below. We examine the ingredients, the doses, and the dangers. We will compare it briefly to FitMiss Tone, before telling you if we’d recommend it to our readers.

FitMiss Burn Formula

Here is the FitMiss Burn formula:

FitMiss Burn formula analysis

Wow.

What a train wreck.

Main Problem – Enormous Prop Blend

That is an absolutely ridiculous formula.

We count more than 35 ingredients split over 1,450mg.

These ingredients are split into distinct blends or “stages” on the label, but they are all delivered in the same capsule as part of the same 1,450mg blend.

To put this into perspective, the best stacks on the market today will contain around 10 ingredients, all of which are dosed individually.

That means they aren’t shown as being part of a big blend.

We’re shown their serving sizes on the label.

Proprietary blends should be avoided at the best of times.

When they are as big a mess as the FitMiss Burn formula, we would always avoid it like the plague.

If we divide the blend size among the 35 ingredients, we get an average serving size of just over 40mg.

That is far too small for most of the ingredients in FitMiss Burn to have any kind of effect.

For any ingredient to be dosed above 40mg, another needs to decrease in serving size.

Even if all of the ingredients in FitMiss Burn were absolutely incredible, powerful, scientifically proven fat burners, we’d still be severely disappointed.

But not every ingredient is a gold standard fat burner.

No.

There are lots of ingredients in FitMiss Burn that have absolutely no fat burning properties at all.

Major Issue – Useless Ingredients & ‘Fillers’

As stated above, the FitMiss Burn formula would be a let down even if it exclusively contained effective, potent ingredients.

But it doesn’t.

It contains plenty of over-hyped, useless garbage.

For example, FitMiss Burn contains Saw Palmetto.

As far as we can tell, there isn’t a single reason to assume that Saw Palmetto does anything at all.

There are not studies showing it as having an effect on fat loss.

No studies have found that it boosts performance.

It doesn’t increase energy levels, suppress appetite, balance mood…

To put it bluntly, it doesn’t do anything.

We think manufcaturers make big claims about Saw Palmetto because they can buy a lot of it very cheaply.

Until we see some solid, independent scientific evidence, we’ll stick with our belief that this is totally useless.

FitMiss Burn filler ingredients Tumeric

We suspect that some ingredients are being used as ‘fillers’, bulking out the formula so that the manufacturers can skimp on the more expensive ingredients.

For instance, we see that the ‘Stress Alleviating’ blend contains Tumeric.

Tumeric may be great for your overall health and longevity, but it has nothing to do with mood, stress, fat metabolism, or evergy levels.

Nothing at all.

So why has it been included?

We suspect that it is used to ‘bulk out’ the blend.

Tumeric is cheap to buy in large amounts from a wholesaler.

Tumeric could easily make up over 1,000mg of the product, with the remaining 450mg split between the other 34 ingredients.

Manufacturers only need to include 1mcg of a substance to list it on the label. Since there is no good reason to use a prop blend, when they contain potential ‘fillers’, we have to assume that they have another reason to hide the formula from you.

FitMiss may take issue with this speculation, but as consumers we have every right to consider the worst case scenarios.

In fact, when the manufacturer chooses to hide the facts from us, we have damn good reason to consider the worst possible case scenarios.

FitMiss Burn Side Effects

With a proprietary blend, it’s always hard to talk about side effects with any degree of certainty.

How likely a substance is to cause you trouble depends on the dose.

What is safe to consume at 100mg may not be safe at all at 1,000mg.

BY not telling us the precise dosing information for each individual ingredient, FitMiss really do us a disservice here.

All we can really do is raise any serious red flags.

Guarana FitMiss Burn side effects

One thing that you need to be mindful of is the caffeine content.

FitMiss Burn contains 100mg of caffeine anhydrous, which is a purified form of caffeine. It is stronger than regular caffeine by weight (it’s had all water molecules removed).

If you already consume lots of caffeine, then adding in more through supplements can increase the risk of side effects, which can include:

  • Heart palpitations
  • Hypertension
  • Shortness of breath
  • Dizziness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Insomnia
  • Headaches

The Guarana in FitMiss Burn is also 22% caffeine by weight.

But we have no idea how large the dose is!

THAT IS A SERIOUS ISSUE!

Theoretically, for all we know there could be 1,000mg of Guarana in here.

That would give us an extra 220mg of caffeine!

Consuming 300mg+ of caffeine in a single serving is dangerous.

It is almost certain to cause side effects, and depending on your condition, it may have serious health consequences.

Fatal caffeine overdoses are not unheard of.

We have no idea why FitMiss have included Guarana in Burn when we already have caffeine anhydrous. There is nothing special about the caffeine in Guarana; it’s just caffeine. Caffeine anhydrous is always preferable – we know what we’re dealing with!

We don’t know whether FitMiss Burn uses Guarana to ramp up the caffeine content through the backdoor, but it is always better to just use a purified caffeine anhydrous supplement.

The caffeine in Guarana is just regular caffeine, but it comes with waste plant material.

NO THANKS!

It is vital that you read the ingredient label carefully and make sure that there is nothing in here that you are sensitive to or that you have a severe allergy to.

We think it is best if you talk to a doctor before you take FitMiss Burn.

Fat burners are not a cure for obesity. They are serious sports supplements made for athletes. Get proper medical advice before you use them. We aren’t doctors.

FitMiss Burn Review Conclusion – Should You Buy It?

If you haven’t read our full FitMiss Burn review, then you probably just want to know if you should buy it or not.

Well, in all honesty, we don’t think anybody would be best served by this stack.

The FitMiss Burn formula is a ridiculously over-stretched proprietary blend.

The average serving size is just over 40mg – nowhere near enough for the few good ingredients to have an effect.

It contains plenty of useless ingredients, as well as some obvious ‘fillers’ like Tumeric.

On top of all that, we have the problem posed by a potentially enormous dose of caffeine from the unknown Guarana serving.

Our main problem with FitMiss Tone was that there weren’t enough ingredients.

FitMiss Burn has quite the opposite problem.

There isn’t really such a thing as a “female fat burner”. Just look for the highest quality product and use that, regardless of your sex, and regardless of what manufacturers tell you.

There’s nothing wrong with selling a product as “for her”; just make sure it’s good. FitMiss Burn doesn’t meet that simple criteria.
