There are a few different ways to get in touch.
If you want to tell us your thoughts on a particular article or supplement we’ve covered, then it’s probably best if you leave a comment on the relevant page. That way, other people can see what you’ve said and pitch in their two cents as well.
If you want to bring something to our attention, or you want to show us an image, then social media is the way to go. If you send us a tweet or direct message then we’ll usually be more than happy to share it across our social media platforms.
But if you want to ask us more complicated questions requiring more detailed answers, then by all means send us an email.

Whatever your motivation is, we’ll consider publishing your work on our site. Just make sure that it’s good quality, original work. Make it interesting, engaging, and accurate. Don’t just regurgitate the tripe published on other sites; nothing praising fads like the keto or paleo diets, and nothing talking about “high reps for tone”.
Don’t send messages to our editor saying that you have a great idea, and don’t send complete manuscripts; just tell him what the article is about.
