Full 360SLIM ‘For Her’ Review
360SLIM is a fat burner and appetite suppressant from 360CUT.
These guys produce a range of bodybuilding supplements, from intra-workout powders to testosterone boosters. They offer multiple fat burners, such as 360LEAN and (of course) 360SLIM. Their products seem to be incredibly popular, as they are listed on the major supplement retail websites.
But you’re here for a 360SLIM review, not a review of the manufacturer.
So what is this product all about?
How is it different from 360LEAN?
360SLIM is a ‘for her’ fat burner.
It is described as a “fat burner for the female figure”.
If you’ve read any of our other reviews for supposed “fat burners for women”, you’ll know that we usually hate this kind of product.
Describing this as a product “for the female figure” is absurdly stupid.
We’ll explain why in more detail later on.
According to the manufacturer, 360SLIM does a number of wonderful things, including:
- Boosts energy
- Suppresses appetite
- Improves mood
- Controls food cravings
On top of that, we’re told that the 360SLIM formula is composed exclusively of all natural ingredients.
Now we just need to find out how much of this is true and how much is BS.
Does 360SLIM really work?
Is it safe?
How does it compare to other fat burners on the market today?
Is it any better for women than a regular fat burner? (HINT: Obviously not!)
In our full 360SLIM review below, we answer all of these questions and more. If you have any comments or queries, let us know at the end of the review!
A Word On “Female Fat Burners”
As we explain in this article, female fat burners are a bit of a scam.
Simply put, there is no reason for a man and a woman to use a different fat burner – what works best for one will work best for the other.
The reasons manufacturers typically use “for her” are many – to overcome the “macho” image of bodybuilding supps, to make the products seem more focused, to get into niche stores, etc.
However, it is just that – a marketing stunt.
We really have no time for it.
We certainly hate the “pink it and shrink it” mentality to branding.
As you can see, 360SLIM is very similar to 360LEAN, but we now have pink instead of blue and some nice cursive writing instead of block letters.
If you’re a woman, we’re sure you find this pretty patronising.
Unfortunately, this kind of pessimistic marketing works on lots of women.
But don’t let yourself be fooled; just because it’s pink with cursive writing doesn’t mean it is particularly beneficial to women.
Now that’s out of the way, let’s look at the product itself.
Here is the 360SLIM formula:
On the whole, we think this is a pretty poor formula.
There are several different reasons why we think this formula is so terrible.
Let’s go through them one by one.
Avoid Prop Blends
So as you can see, we’re unfortnately dealing with a proprietary blend.
There are a few reasons why we hate proprietary blends.
For one thing, they only only really used to hide information that the manufacturer doesn’t want you to know.
Many manufacturers claim that they need prop blends to stop others stealing their formulas.
But that just never happens.
Look at all the products on the shelf today which reveal their formulas in full. All of the top selling products show their formulas on the bottle.
If they can do it, then everyone needs to be held to the same standard.
On a more basic level, prop blends prevent us from making good decisions, as well as from learning how we react to certain ingredients at certain doses.
We think pretty much everybody should stay away from proprietary blends whenever possible.
There’s no good reason for a manufcaturer to use them.
They might genuinely think they need them, but they’re wrong, and that’s not our problem.
One of our main problems with the 360SLIM formula is that it’s full of bogus ingredients.
There are so many useless, over-hyped herbs in here that we don’t know where to start.
One of the worst offenders is Raspberry Ketones.
These things are often found in fat burners and slimming pills.
Sadly, they don’t do a damn thing.
Raspberry ketones are just the compounds in raspberries that give them their distinct aroma.
They are used heavily in the perfume industry.
We think they’re only used in supplements because there is such a big over-supply problem (which makes them cheap) and because you can easily sell something called “ketone” as a fat burner.
But there isn’t a shred of evidence proving that they do anything.
The same can be said of Yerba Mate.
This stuff is sold as everything from a testosterone booster to a powerful relaxant.
But as far as we can tell, it is yet to be proven under scientific conditions.
It doesn’t suppress appetite.
It doesn’t boost lipolysis.
Studies seem to find that it doesn’t do very much at all!
We’re always so disappointed when a manufacturer decides to fill their products with unproven, ineffective garbage.
We’re always especially disappointed when this happens in a prop blend.
We have no idea how much of each ingredient we get per serving of 360SLIM.
For all we know, 99% of the blends could be raspberry ketones and yerba mate respectively.
Why risk paying premium prices for a stack that is potentially almost all bogus ingredients?
While we’re on the topic of unknown doses, let’s discuss the 360SLIM side effect risks – these are serious!
360SLIM Side Effects – Caffeine Dose Concerns!
There is a serious side effect concern with 360SLIM fat burner ‘for her’.
That is the fact that each serving contains an unknown quantity of caffeine.
It is a fact that we don’t know individual ingredient servings.
So for all we know, each serving of 360SLIM could contain as much as 1149mg of caffeine anhydrous.
We don’t need to tell you that this would be an absolutely ludicours AND DANGEROUS serving of caffeine.
Caffeine is a powerful stimulant.
Overdose is possible.
Fatal overdoses have happened plenty of times in the past.
We don’t think it is likely that 360CUT have included this much caffeine in 360SLIM – people aren’t having heart failure all over the place after all.
But the point is that this is perfectly feasible given the information on the label.
The amount of caffeine in 360SLIM can easily be large enough to cause very serious side effects.
The side effects commonly associated with caffeine consumption include:
- Erratic heartbeat
- Shortness of breath
The effects of acute caffeine overdose can be much more serious, ranging from heart palpitations to death.
When it comes to your health and safety, uncertainty is never good.
For some reason, 360SLIM contains multiple sources of caffeine (Guarana and straight caffeine anhydrous).
Clearly, the manufacturers don’t know that the origin of the caffeine is unimportant – in the blood caffeine is caffeine.
As far as we’re concerned, manufacturers who don’t understand caffeine + an unknown caffeine dose = trouble.
Remember, we aren’t doctors. All we can do is raise obvious red flags when we see them.
Do your own research, and please get proper medical advice first.
If you experience any side effects while using 360SLIM, stop using it, go see a health professional, and share your experience here!
360CUT 360SLIM Review Conclusion – Should You Use It?
If you’ve read our full 360CUT 360SLIM review, then you’ll know we’re not impressed with this “female fat burner”.
It contains an unknown quantity of caffeine anhydrous.
For all we know, there could be over 1,000mg of caffeine anhydrous per serving – a ridiculously dangerous serving.
360CUT might not like this specualtion, and neither do we.
But as consumers, we have to consider the worst case scenario.
If they want to put such speculation to bed, they can show the full formula, just like so many other manufacturers do, right on the bottle.
We also have useless ingredients in here which too could take up 99% of the formula.
If either is true, we have a terrible product on our hands.
To top it all off, the whole idea of a “female fat burner” is ludicrous. We explain why in this article.
If you want optimal results, look elsehwere.
If you want good value for money, a good place to start might be our current top rated stacks.
